Portable Power Station Runtime Calculator

Enter the capacity of the power station and the total watts your devices draw.

How the estimate works

Runtime in hours = capacity in Wh × efficiency ÷ load in W.

Some energy is lost as heat when the battery’s DC power is converted to AC, so you never get the full rated capacity. The 85% default is a rule of thumb. Devices charged over USB or 12V outputs often lose less.

Treat the result as an estimate. Appliances such as fridges cycle on and off, so their average draw is lower than their running watts. Cold weather and an aging battery can also reduce runtime.
